Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
Right of withdrawal for non-food items
For goods that are not food products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kothagudem K&B UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Märkisches Allee 312, 12687 Berlin, email: widerruf@aahaar.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (food)
In accordance with § 312g(2) No. 2 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for:
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate quickly or which would quickly pass their expiry date
- Food products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
For fresh and chilled food products the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.
For packaged, shelf-stable food products (e.g. rice, spices, flour, lentils) the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the packaging is unopened and the goods are undamaged.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Return and costs
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
